Today was one of those Sunday.

I must admit it started out like any other Sunday but it became progressively better.

I was lazing in the house not wanting to take a shower or go out. But I managed to drag my big backside out the door. And after showering too. ;p

And this is also one of those days when you regret NOT taking your camera with you.

Yes, warning for bad photos ahead.

When you DO take your camera with you, nothing ever happens. Yes life does that sometimes.

Went to The BF's place for a chill out Sunday but he had other plans. One that does not involve letting me know what until we reached our destination. Oh jolly!

He did say one thing tho, 'You brought your camera right?'

Darn!

Trust me, I guessed and I guessed and I am normally very good at it but today was a GOOD surprise.

We went on the MEX and I guessed KLIA. Not before guessing Midvalley, Old Klang road, Capri's house and so on.

We ended up in Putrajaya. It was my first time there. Surely we are going to Alamanda because he has mentioned this a few days ago when we were booking our movie tix and he booked for a movie earlier on.

But NO, that is NOT it.

And I must admit, I wouldn't have guessed it.

He brought me to a flower festival!

Romantic right?

We walked around, hand in hand, looking at displays after displays of flowers. The weather was hot but not too terribly hot, Sun was just nice and bright.

I was elated!

Then we saw the pristine (almost- well maybe not so) waters. Sunlight was reflecting off the calm surface and there was a certain allure to it.

We saw boats on it and The BF said we should go on one. And we did!

The Perahu Dondang Sayang cruise on Tasik Putrajaya. We got the entire boat to ourselves. Yay!

We walked around some more.

Until they started the HOT AIR BALLOONS!!! I saw it and ran towards the direction!

But it was already late and the line was long so we didn't get onto it.

Oh well.

I saw OTHER balloons...

The BF got me a SpongeBob SquarePants balloon instead! YAY! You can tell that I am a happy kid!

We drove out of Putrajaya towards the sunset. Which was gorgeous! Putrajaya really is under rated. From afar, we see the haze/pollution that hangs over K.L skyline as we drew closer.

The BF and The Sponge. SO cute kan? We watched Ghosts of Girlfriend Past at One U before going our separate ways.

But that was NOT the end of SpongyBobbi's journey...
