The title is Greek. It translates to "it's my birthday today".

Anyways, the last day of me being eighteen was rather blah, I was kinda depressed about it but then again I'm being the drama queen I am. They say, "Imagine, we're going to be 20 this year and we'll no longer be teens". I say: "I'm now imagining myself entering my last year of being a teen". The phrase stop when you're ahead really doesn't help at this point. So I decided to do 'young stuff' today. Things that young people do (or at least I think). I watched Alvin and The Chipmunks with Sammy. Tried to buy funky jewelry from Diva but didn't come through( because I'm old!). And I had my nails painted a different color from what I normally do (which turned out ugly). Even my manicurist looked at me funny. It just goes to show that I'm not very good at being young. Oh well.
It didn't help that it was also the first day of college. I started at 12. Thank God for the hours. Met a handful of new people. Maths made me suicidal. Thank you Vinod for the stickers that completed me Starbucks card and I did redeem it right after. Thank you Sashya for coming all the way to college to give me the lollipop and wishing me personally. Had dinner at Luk Yu Tea House in Starhill. Sans camera because it was left in the kereta.
