♥ Shannon Goh is fat!
Too fat for her own liking at least. I don't want to be promoting child obesity against my own will. I will not embrace the increase in percentage of fats in my then awesome frame (this excludes the mammies). I must eliminate all form of sugar in my life. Only green tea, water and Diet Coke of course. No more rice. Wait let me rephrase, No more rice in an extraordinary amount! Three tablespoons like then . Must swim more now that I no longer go to a gym. Walk up all the stairs. No more desserts! NO more carbs!
If God wanted all of us to be slim, He wouldn't have invented carbs.

Did I mention I want to compile a book of quotes one day? Hence all my "quotes" has my name in it! I swear if you dare reuse it as your own, beware of the wrath of fury you'll be unleashing!
Anyways, losing weight is not hard. Every time you want to bite into that double cheese burger, just ask yourself, is this worth your swimsuit bod in the making? Do you want to see ripples engulfing your anatomy and be the next mascot for Michelin tyres? DO YOU!?!?!?!
I know all this by heart. Somehow I thought writing it down will help me acheive it faster.
Oh well, I better go sleep soon. Breakfast at Nirvana's in Bangsar in 6 hours.
