♥ Post Chinese New Year Diet (it's been a long time coming).
- No sugary drinks. Only water, plain tea of any kinds and Diet Coke.
- No more excessive carbs intake. Three tablespoons of rice for dinner.
- No food intake after
7p.m.8p.m.9p.m. - No more elevators. Walk up all stairs (except if late for class).
- Exercise three times a week (do laps in the swimming pool again/start tennis lessons)
- No more snacking. Not even on carrot sticks. Only three square meals.
- No more candy (except a bar of chocolate after maths. class).
- No more mixing drinks when clubbing. Either on the rocks or water.
- No more dining at La Bod or Delicious for fear of overwhelming dessert choices.
- Can dine at La Bodega if I promise only to have the Dory Sandwich and not waffles.
- No cakes! Not even birthday cakes!
Cannot have Starbucks. Cannot have Starbucks more thantwicethrice amonthweek.- Spend more time on dance floor and less at the bar.
- Must camwhore more to remind self of how fat one is.
- Ban buffets worldwide because it promotes glutony and obesity.
- STOP WRITING THIS HERE AND ACTUALLY START DOING SOMETHING!!!
P.S: Thank God CNY goes on for 15 days.
